Digital Products Only

Studio Santosha offers high-resolution digital mockup files for creative professionals and designers. No physical products are shipped.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once you access or download your files, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — including for change-of-mind, wrong file choice, or incompatibility with unsupported software.

Please read the product descriptions carefully and ensure you’re purchasing the correct license type before proceeding.

License Types

All Studio Santosha products come with one of the following licenses, chosen at checkout:

Personal License

Perfect for individuals creating personal projects, moodboards, or portfolio work. This license allows you to:

1. Use mockups in non-commercial, personal projects

2. Display designs on personal websites or social media (with no monetisation)

You may not:

1. Use the mockups in any client work

2. Sell or profit from any designs that include the mockups

3. Share or redistribute files in any form

Commercial License

Intended for freelancers, studios, and businesses using mockups for revenue-generating work. This license allows:

1. Use in branding projects for clients

2. Portfolio display, social media, or promotional use

3. Incorporation into product presentations or marketing collateral

You may not:

1. Resell or sublicense the mockups

2. Use the files in templates intended for resale (e.g., website templates, Canva kits) without express permission or an extended license

Compatibility Notice

All products are delivered in PSD format and require Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software that supports Smart Objects. They are not compatible with Canva or other browser-based tools.

Copyright & Legal Warning

All mockups, designs, and digital assets sold by Studio Santosha are original works protected by international copyright law.

We take theft, redistribution, and unauthorised use of our work extremely seriously. Unauthorised sharing, copying, reselling, or claiming our work as your own — including uploading files to public folders or resale platforms — is a violation of our intellectual property rights and will result in:

1. Immediate legal action

2. A DMCA takedown request issued to any hosting provider or platform

3. Termination of access to any future Studio Santosha products

We monitor for violations regularly and pursue all infringements to the fullest extent of the law.

Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds or replacements are provided only if a product is:

1. Faulty or defective

2. Not as described

3. Doesn’t function as promised

We are not required to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect license selection.

European Union Customers

EU customers are usually entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital purchases. However, this right does not apply once you’ve accessed the files, provided you consent to early access.
