Licensing Agreement

Effective Date: November 2026

At Studio Santosha, we believe in empowering creatives while protecting the integrity of original work. Our digital mockups and design assets are created with care, intention, and artistry. By purchasing or downloading any product from Studio Santosha, you agree to the terms of this Licensing Agreement.

1. Overview

All Studio Santosha products are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Studio Santosha.
When you purchase a mockup or bundle, you are purchasing a license to use the files, not ownership of the original artwork or design.

Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and granted to one individual or business entity per purchase.

2. License Types

Personal Use Licence

This licence allows you to use Studio Santosha products for your own personal or portfolio projects.

You may:

  • Showcase your own designs or artwork using the mockups.
  • Display the images on your personal website, social media, or portfolio.

You may not:

  • Use the mockups for commercial or client work.
  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files.
  • Claim the mockup, styling, or imagery as your own.

Commercial Use Licence

This licence allows you to use Studio Santosha products in your professional work and within your business.

You may:

  • Use the mockups to present client projects, design portfolios, brand visuals, or marketing materials.
  • Use them in digital listings or advertisements to display your own work or products.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make available any Studio Santosha product (modified or unmodified) to others.
  • Include the files or layered PSDs in templates, courses, or digital products for resale.
  • Claim copyright or ownership of any part of the mockup or styled imagery.

For extended commercial use (such as within paid templates, apps, or design systems), please contact us for a bespoke licence.

3. Prohibited Uses

To protect our creative integrity, the following actions are strictly prohibited under all licence types:

  • Sharing or selling the files to third parties, even if modified.
  • Converting mockups into new products for resale.
  • Using the imagery in a way that suggests Studio Santosha endorses your brand.
  • Uploading Studio Santosha assets to print-on-demand platforms or stock marketplaces.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

5. File Access & Support

Once purchased, your files are available for immediate download.
Please back up your files securely. Studio Santosha is not responsible for lost downloads after 14 days.

If you encounter a technical issue or corrupted file, reach out via hello@studiosantosha.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. Updates & Revisions

Studio Santosha reserves the right to update this Licensing Agreement at any time.
Any updates will apply to future purchases, not retroactively to previous ones.

7. Intellectual Property Theft & Misuse

All Studio Santosha mockups, styled imagery, and design assets are the original creations and exclusive property of Studio Santosha. Any act of copying, reproducing, redistributing, or claiming these works as your own — in whole or in part — constitutes intellectual property theft and will be pursued under applicable copyright law.

You May Not:

  • Upload Studio Santosha products or imagery to file-sharing sites, resale platforms, or marketplaces (including but not limited to Etsy, Creative Market, Envato, or similar).
  • Extract or reuse backgrounds, textures, floral arrangements, or photographic elements from our mockups to create derivative products.
  • Trace, clone, or otherwise imitate the composition, styling, or product design of Studio Santosha collections for resale or distribution.

Studio Santosha actively monitors online platforms for infringement. Violations of this licence will result in permanent revocation of usage rights and may include legal action for damages and removal of infringing content.

We value honesty, originality, and respect within the creative community — and we thank you for upholding those same principles.
